What Inflatable Is Best For Teens And Adults?

The best inflatables for teens and adults are Waterslides and Obstacle Courses. Bounce Houses and Bounce Slide Combos do have a very limited weight limit, making it very difficult to accommodate multiple adults bouncing in a single given time frame.

Can I Book An Inflatable To Be Set Up At A Park?

Most public parks require permits and added fees to set up an inflatable. Haywire is happy to set up at a park, but it is up to the renter to gather all the necessary permits and pay necessary fees for Haywire to be able to set up.

Is The Water Included?

Water is not included with dunk tank or wet inflatable rentals. Inflatables being used wet would need a running water source. Haywire does supply a 50ft hose with each wet inflatable rental and dunk tank rental.

Does The Bounce House Need Constant Electricity?

Yes, the bounce house needs constant electricity to stay blown up. Haywire does require a circuit dedicated to solely the bounce house blower (this is what airs up the bounce house) within 50ft of the bounce house. If you are unable to provide an electrical outlet within 50ft, or a circuit solely for supplying power for the bounce house, a generator can be rented for an added fee.

A Storm Is Forecasted, Can I Cancel?

Haywire Event Rental does allow for rainchecks, where your down payment can be used to reserve a new date in place of the current reservation. Cancellation due to anything less than severe storms (winds above 18+ mph, lightning storms, etc), refunds will not be given. Rainchecks must be claimed BEFORE our team begins loading and delivery for your event.

Can I Book A Foam Party To Fill A Swimming Pool With Foam?

As much fun as this does sound, it is a very large risk and danger to party goers to fill a swimming pool with foam. Imagine yourself in a pool with very thick fog, where you can't see anyone around you. People are splashing and jumping/diving in and unable to see where you are. For this reason, and many more, Haywire will not service parties by filling in swimming pools.

Is Foam Safe For Contact With Skin And Eyes?

Our foam solution is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and will not cause irritation to skin or eyes.

When Will Delivery And Pick Up Be?

Delivery and pick up routes are created typically the Monday& Tuesday before your scheduled event. Delivery can be expected anywhere from 1 day in advance to the morning of your party based on the scheduled route. Haywire always ensures delivery before the party start time. Pick ups begin at 6 p.m the day of event unless opting for overnight rental (must claim overnight rental option in advance). Once the pick up and delivery route schedule has been completed, a staff member will notify the renter of a time window to expect delivery and pick up, along with the driver calling/messaging when in route.

When Is The Best Time To Reserve?

The best time to create a reservation, is as soon as possible! Especially for months May-September, rental companies availability of items for rent become increasingly limited by the day. Often times leaving customers frantically looking for last minute needs when waiting too long to book. Haywire only requires 25% down to reserve rentals and dates. Don't wait!

Can I Reserve Even If We Are Out Of The Service Area?

There are certain limitations we have to follow for servicing outside of our general service area. During peak times, there will be a minimum rental requirement before delivery fees are added. Outside of our peak busy times, we are happy to accommodate to the best of our abilities!
